Flytecomm® and Highwire Ink Partnership

SEATTLE—NOVEMBER 30, 2000. Highwire announces a strategic relationship with FlyteComm of San Jose to collaborate on products that provide added information and value to corporate travelers. Initially, Highwire and FlyteComm will release basic flight tracking and arrival information in specific applications now being deployed. Long-term, the two companies anticipate collaboration on many more in-depth, relative and appropriate applications for Travelport™, Highwire's suite of online travel tools designed for the small to mid-size corporation.

Highwire is the Seattle-based, business-to-business Internet and travel technology services company. FlyteComm delivers data about flights, schedules and actual arrivals in text and graphic format.
